Description

Students finish their MA in Digital Humanities degree by working with an advisor toresearch and write a thesis OR to complete a capstone project.The thesis is the culmination of the coursework and studies in the degree program. It is intended to be 50-60 double spaced pages long and should be connected to the student's area of student. The capstone project will typically be a digital project related to the student’s area of study. Students may produce a website, a platform, a tool, or another digital project in consultation with their faculty adviser. The capstone project enables students to integrate and synthesize the knowledge that they have developed during their MA coursework into a culminating project. Students will select an advisor from the Graduate Center faculty, who will supervisethe thesis or the capstone project.
